From Pate de Fois Gras to Baked Alaska, the night was the gala the cruise promised. And for winning the last trivia contest, I got a bottle of champagne I gave to our friendly Strasbourg lady, Sofia, since we couldn't take it with us to Schaffhausen--or drink it all in one night!
